Our microwave was in french. The eye holes to look out your door are not height friendly. If you are 5'1'' or under it's definitely a safety hazard especially if you are traveling alone. The drinks we ordered at the bar were made wrong. The ingredients are listed on the menu. The New York Sour was made with patron and the espresso martini did not have Kahlua in it. The gym and pool were closed and the atmosphere was very loud. Overall for the price you pay with limited amenities you could stay elsewhere in the area.

I have to provide 1 star to post but would give zero if possible. My vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot. I found out from a staff member this is a regular occurrence. And there are no security cameras. Marriott could easily post security but they did not EVEN THOUGH it is a regular problem? They fail to warn as well! The manager was too busy in a meeting to meet see at 8am. Service was good but hotel not safe - do not stay here ever. As a platinum elite that gets diminishing benefit from Marriott's program, it might be time to explore other choices.

Woke up to my truck window being smashed in and truck was a mess inside also happened to two other trucks last night. Apparently this is a common theme at this location … Mentioned it to the front desk and they acted like it was just another day, so I highly suggest not staying at this Courtyard. Doesn’t sound like there’s any urgency to get security cameras and thief’s nearby must know that based on previous break-in reviews. No cars at the holiday inn next door were touched, so if you HAVE to stay in this area I guess go to the Holiday Inn…

I booked a large group of rooms with this hotel and I was very disappointed. I began the process of booking these rooms in the first week of February but was not informed until 11 days before check in that the hotel was undergoing a massive renovation. When I arrived, the hotel was draped with a huge tarp and the renovation left us with no pool or fitness rooms and the extremely late notice made it impossible to find lodging for 20+ rooms. When I tried to reach out upon notification that there was a renovation, the hotel was difficult to get in touch with, and when we did get ahold of them we were given a $30 discount on a room and told that if we wanted to our party could drive 15-20 minutes to another hotel for a pool/fitness center. There was also some turnover in the director of sales role and none of the people I dealt with ever mentioned a renovation. We could also only enter through the main entrance, as none of the outer door card readers were functional, and I had found that someone was propping open the side doors which could potentially allow anyone entrance through the side entrances. Not only that, there were many broken doors to closets and electrical rooms throughout the hotel, and I found a hair tie in what should have been my freshly made bed. On top of that, my room air conditioner sounded like there was a loud motor running 24/7, making it extremely difficult for me to sleep through the night as I then had to choose between peace and quiet or a cool bedroom temperature. I had also brought my switch to hook up to the TV which I found that was not an option as the HDMI of the TV was not functioning. The location was ultimately the best thing about this hotel.

WARNING ..Avoid this place. Marriott should be ashamed to have their name on this building/ business. Read the reviews. There have been multiple car break ins and robberies a d we were a victim this past week. Our truck and o e other were vandalized, broken in to and we had valuable personal items stolen. We stopped in Columbus Ohio on our way to a hunting destination in Illinois. Arrived 11 pm and at 6am next morning found our window broken and the truck cleaned out. We lost 4 valuable shotguns one of which was my first hunting gun given to me by my dad 50 yrs ago.. priceless. One may ask why did you leave them in the car? Well we were in front in the parking lot. The guns were all covered upon not in sight. The other truck was in handicap spot right in front few geet front the front door. Interesting no one heard anything. Come to find out there have been multiple break ins in recent weeks. At least 13 reported ( Google it) . They have no cameras, there were no signs warning of the events or advising not to leave valuables in your vehicle due to recent activities. The Staff was very " matter of fact" when we discovered the vehicle was broken into and stated " yeah it happens a few times every couple of weeks or so." I searched the other nearby hotels and none have the same issue but one comment of the other hotels was they were advised by signs to not leave valuablesin your vehicle. There's no security and the police are aware. Despite repeated robberies nothing has been done by Marriott. One has to wonder if there's a connection with employees and the thieves. It continues. Also we discovered this at 6 am. The Manger was not in yet. We left a message with his VM and the staff also left the information and to date he has not returned our calls.

We reserved two rooms here. The first room when we walked in the tv was on, the bed was not made, and there was trash in the can. Clearly the room had not been cleaned by housekeeping. The second room we checked in to had chicken wings left on the floor. Additionally, we were not told the pool was closed for renovations which was highly disappointing to my kids. We choose hotels with pools as many families with kids do and we were disappointed no one told us ahead of time that the pool was closed. The manager apologized for the construction and asked for us to reach out directly to him before posting a negative review. I reached out to him twice by email with no response to either email. I would highly advise against making a reservation to this hotel.

Was supposed to be a king bed with sofa. Didnt have a sofa. All amentities pool, gym, and bar were closed through my whole stay. Wasnt told anything about room service stayed multiple days and never got room service. Wanted a breakfast bar credit for my titanium gift wasnt given the option. Desk clerk couldnt find my reservation until I gave him my confirmation number. Renovations going on so very messy and loud. Place was clean. Beds were comfortable, but everything was plugged in all over the place very messy had to unplug microwave to plug in my computer at the desk. Hopefully the remodel fixes this.
